Vizlib Pivot Table v1.3.1 released

1. [No ID] Fixed conflict between the Vizlib KPI and Vizlib Pivot table when both of them were on the same sheet .
This issue was only occurring for the onpremise version of the extensions, and only when the two objects were on the same sheet and loaded together for first time.
2. [No ID] Section access denied in QS Sept'18
The following message was showing up when trying to sort, resize or interact with a published app in QS September 2018.
