1. [#161444084]: add new measure for slice length / spie chart
Added new setting to convert the 2nd measure as the length of slice, so the pie chart can be used as a Spie Chart. Multiple styling settings are provided (grid color/thicknes/scale, tick color, styling, etc).

Better utilisation of available space when legend is placed as a radial mode.
2. [#161491384]: cursor doesnt change when hovering legend arrows
When hovering the arrows when the legend is enabled, the cursor now is changing indicating a navigation action is possible.
