1. [#162090649]: default color values to color by dim

Default color on creating a scatter was set to color by Expression instead of color by dim.

2. [#160887808]: Fixed some undesired behaviours around zooming & navigation when in edit mode.

In edit mode when clicking on the canvas and then right click on the object, the navigation canvas was getting attached to cursor.

3. [#162089833]: disable selections on edit mode

When in edit mode, bubbles where clickable even though the selection was not applied.
