Vizlib Table v3.1.1 released!

1. [VSP-171]: Export sorting is working only if there are no conditionally hidden columns

When a conditional hidden column (calc. condition) is used, the order of the rows on data export was not correct.

2. [VSP-413]: Tooltip appears off-screen

In some scenarios the header tooltip was not showing into the right position

3. [VSP-164]: Sorting arrow doesn't change when header is clicked

Dimension arrow sorting direction was not always properly positioned when clicked for the first time.
