1. [VZB-451]: Error in sheet menu wizard

Sheets in groups in the menu, were not being marked as "available" after being removed from groups

2. [VZB-448]: Breadcrumb caching on page move

Breadcrumbs in the sheet title continued to display on other pages. This no longer occurs

3. [VZB-424]: Internet explorer console errors

Console errors now fixed in Internet Explorer
