1. [VSP-504]: Multiple Actions no applied in sequence

Corrected behaviour of actions that were not applied in sequence when multiple actions were used.

2. [VZB-442]: Hide duplicate alternate states

Hide native alternate states so it doesn't get duplicated on the panel with the custom vizlib one (also compatible with the native).
