1. [VSP-204]: Alternative dimensions/measures not showing if master item

The alternative dialog was empty if the Pivot was a master item.

2. [VSP-185]: Vizlib Pivot Table export sorting not always correct

Row sorting order was not always consistent with the presented on the UI.
