1. [VSP-270]: Vizlib Line Chart x-axis dimension label cut off

Dimension label was missing from the x-axis when a longer dimension value was being used

2. [VSP-242]: Data point symbols still show when measure visibility condition is not met

The symbols only disappeared after refreshing the entire browser page

3. [VSP-234]: Legend shows measures after they are hidden/deselected

The legend was not refreshing when selections were made
