1. [VSP-347]: Fixed restriction to place and size objects in KPI canvas

The KPI Designer canvas was reduced when in combination of the Qlik Sense Focus theme.

2. [VSP-348]: Corrected printing PDF/img/ppt & nPrinting

Corrected export rendering issues.

3. [VSP-346]: show/hide condition - icon will not appear until you move to edit mode again

Fixed show/hide inconsistency on the visibility condition
