1. [VSP-358, VSP-365]: Measure&Dimension Tooltip Value not evaluating expressions (requires re-adding column)

The custom tooltip was not evaluating expressions - this has been corrected, however, it requires re-adding the column again.

2. [VZB-829]: Implemented sync actions

Corrected actions execution order where now they run in sync based on the order defined on the array.
