1. [VZB-832]: Inherit native number abbreviation formatting from the script

Set NumericalAbbreviation='3:t;6:Mil;9:Bil;12:T;15:P;18:E;21:Z;24:Y;-3:m;-6:µ;-9:n;-12:p;-15:f;-18:a;-21:z;-24:y';

1. [VZB-944]: calc condition message not evaluated as expression (*)

When calc condition was false, the message used was not evaluating expressions and just showing a string.

(*) It requires rebuilding the object from scratch in order to take affect.

2. [VSP-118]: No export of Dimension/Measurement Titles in Vizlib Pie Chart to ppt/img/pdf

Titles were not exported to ppt/img/pdf.

3. [VZB-522]: Alternate state panel component inconsistent

Corrected behaviour of alternate states to be more inline with the latest versions of QS.
