1. [VSP-442]: Calendar date range does not work when range applied is outside available dates
Date ranges were not being applied where the range was outside the available dates (e.g. selecting last 10 years, where data available spanned across 3 years)
2. [VSP-441]: Vizlib Calendar Showing Wrong Dates when using range mode (-1 day than selected)
In some configurations, certain date formats were being displayed with 1 day timeshift
