1. [VSP-434]: KPI Tooltip - left position not working

Text alignment did not work in some browsers

2. [VSP-439]: Null in KPI Designer shows as NaN instead of "-"

Nulls were incorrectly formatted in the extension

3. [VSP-459]: KPI border radius does not apply to background object

Radius was applied to a border only, revealing the background behind the radius
