Dynamic Annotations in Line Chart

Hi,

I have like the feature of adding annotations in line chart. It helps to highlight the data points on the chart. But this option is currently available as static, that means if I want 10 annotation in line chart I need to add 10 annotations expressions with settings. If we can have option to highlight data points that meets certain condition will be really helpful as shown in below picture. I want to highlight all the data points with annotation where ever big bubble visible. And I want to see bubbles legend also in legend of the chart
