- [VSP-667]: Vizlib Sheet Menu - Duplicated tab on the top menu when a selection is made

Duplicated sheet names were showing in the top menu after navigating through the app

- [VSP-741]: Hide base sheets functionality was not working

Base sheets CSS class needed updating for recent releases of QS (affected feb/april/jun 2019)
