- [VSP-811]: Slider throws errors when used with Vizlib Collaboration & Vizlib Container Grid

Errors were shown in the browser console when the Vizlib Slider was used in alongside Vizlib Collaboration and within the Vizlib Container Grid

- [VSP-716]: Tooltips in mashups or extended sheets do not scroll with the Vizlib Slider

Tooltips appeared fix in position on screen and were not responding to scrolling
