- [VSP-828]: Some links in the side menu does not redirect to the sheet 

Some sheet links in the side menu did not trigger opening sheets

- [VSP-906]: Sheet menu conditional layout is incorrect

The condition for the sheet menu elements did not accept -1 as a true value (now correct, Qlik accepts -1 as true)

- [VSP-829]: Icons flickering (disappear/reappear) after first load

Some of the icons used in the Sheet Menu would re-render during the first load of the application
