- [VSP-971]: Add option to disable the sum of positives label when we hover over the dimension

Added option to control additional tooltips option when hovering dimension values

- [VSP-959]: Bar Chart overlaping doesn't work

Bar chart in overlapped mode was showing grouped bars instead.

- [VSP-948]: Barchart bars start at the end of the axis instead of the front

The direction of the horizontal bar chart was not properly positioned in some scenarios.
