Allow for HTML text formatting in TIQ Timeline

Add the ability to enter HTML text into the "Item Hover Text" parameter of the Dimension.

Alternatively, I'd like to have the ability to enter chr(13) or chr(10) to force text to a new line within the hover text.

Currently it appears to convert the hover text into plain text, stripping any formatting applied.
