Search icon to be removed from dimension label

Hi,

I would like to remove search icon for one of the dimensions in VizLib Pivot Table. This feature is already present in VizLib Table, but it would be nice to do so in VizLib Pivot Table too.

This change was implemented in version 2.8.5 of the Vizlib Pivot Table
