Default Expansion in Vizlib Pivot Table

Currently in the Pivot Table if you set "Always Expanded" to True then the Pivot Table will be fully expanded and the user will not have any way to collapse the table and if you set "Always Expanded" to False then by default when the chart loads all dimensions will be collapsed.  It would be nice to have the ability to be able to set the default when the chart is first loaded to be Expanded however still provide the user the ability to collapse.
