- [VZB-2191]: New Measure Representation Type "Progress Bar"

The progress bar representation type automatically shows a visual representation of your measures directly inside a Vizlib Pivot Table

Known Limitations:

- Bars are not exported to excel in formatted export

- Progress Bar Auto Scaling is only available when Indent Mode is disabled
