- [VSP-1069]: Expanding a lower level dimension breaks the lines

Expanding dimension on the top columns caused the cell alignment to become out of sync

- [VSP-1036]: Dimension values not correctly aligned vertically

In-cell text alignment for dimension values was not correctly being applied, for left-hand side dimensions

- [VSP-1047]: One Measure label missing under Total (after upgrade)

A measure label was missing after upgrading to v2.9.0 from older versions
