Use Cloud extensions with internet access through an HTTP proxy server

It would be useful to have the possibility to add a HTTP proxy server for internet access in order for customer with restricted internet access to use the Cloud versions of the Vizlib extensions. It's possible to do this in QS and GeoAnalytics (with some config file configuration), but currently not with Vizlib.
