- [LIB-4560]: Add Tooltip Fits Window option in property panel

Tooltips now automatically fit inside the browser

- [LIB-4712]: KPI Designer editable with context menu in analysis

The KPI Designer was partially editable in analysis mode using the context menu

- [LIB-4935]: Layers can no longer be re-positioned after adding template object and refreshing page in analysis mode

Layers in some cases were not movable when the first load was analysis mode. Layers were editable only when refreshing/loading in edit mode.
