Vizlib Extensions General Update: Qlik Cloud Services (QCS) compatibility

Vizlib Extensions General Update

We just applied a global extension release in order for the online/saas (*) extensions be compatible with QCS. 

The change has to do with the actual online licensing not the extension code-base. That's the reason why we're releasing the same version but just appending the letter 'c', since the extension code has not changed. 

ie: Vizlib Filter 3.1.3 it's the same codebase as 3.1.3c, with the difference that 3.1.3c works with QCS.

(*) The onpremise/offline extension are already working OK with QCS already.
