Is there a way, or can you add the ability, to center a chart title above charts and graphs?
My pie chart looks a little ridiculous with the title off to the left (see attachment).

Chart titles are managed by Qlik. I've played around with that code a lot and changing this would change the chart title for all charts. This is something however, that you can share in Qlik's ideas forum
