Include the value of reference lines for automatic determination of the axis range

Hi,

I would like to have the values of reference lines to be taken into account when the range of an axis is determined automatically. Or at least it would be usefull to me to have the option that the reference lines are taken into account.

I attached two pictures to illustrate what my problem is:

When the axis range of the y-axis is set to auto, only the values of the blue bars are used, not the two reference lines that I defined.

The red reference line is only showing, when I manually set the max value of the y-axis. 

In this example, of course, it's not a problem, but in the app I am currently developing I need a dynamic range of the y-axis and I need the reference lines to be visible.
