- [LIB-3806]: No display when removing top level dimension selection

An empty pivot was shown after removing a selection of the first dimension (using another extension)

- [LIB-5455]: Dimension value from first column disappears when table is reduced to 1 row

Dimension value disappears after making selections in a different visualization object (only occured when Indent Row = NO)

- [LIB-5460]: Performance improvement

The time to load and render all elements of Vizlib Pivot Table in Qlik Sense has improved by up to 30%
