Legend Transparency - Match Selected Items - Not Unselected Items

When I have a stacked bar chart and I have opacity set for the metrics so when a company ID is selected, that bar appears darker on the chart and everything else fades, the legend fades too.  Is there any way to keep the legend the normal darker color? The graph is usually bold colors.  When I filter for certain companies those companies are highlighted (which is perfect!), but the legend fades away like the rest of the graph.  Is there any way to not have the legend impacted by my company selection? Ideally the legend should match the filtered for companies, not the unfiltered companies.
