control horizontal scroll bar start point in vizlib Table

when working with RTL languages with vizlib table , we sometime put the dimensions in the end of the table and the expressions in the start , that way we get a RTL supported table , 
but in order to be able to add as much dimensions and expressions to the table we need to be able to set the horizontal scroll bar to start from the right , otherwise we are limited to table without scroll bar
