Vizlib Writeback Table Totals formatting

Right now you are not able to format the Totals row in the Writeback table, only place it at the bottom or top.  It sort of blends in to the other rows and it may be unclear if it is a null value or the actual totals.  So the ability to format the Totals row, at least as the formatting of the Totals row in the regular Sense table but preferably with all the usual Vizlib bells and whistles.
