Collaboration Form Doesn't Produce Audit Trail

Using the Collaboration Form, I turned on Audit Trail settings. The first time I submit the form, it asks to create the QVD however the audit trail settings are not included in the outputted QVD. The second time I submit the form, I get this error. I select OK however the fields are still not added to the QVD.
Please be advised that this issue has been raised with our developers recently for a bug fix, and they are taking a close look at it.
