Vizlib table - title/header options

Hi all,

I have a Vizlib table on the left, and a writeback table on the right. It would be great if the Vizlib table had the "header" functionality that the writeback table has, so they could have the same look and feel. In the case below, the "Insufficient Cases" would look just like the "Pending Cases" with the purple background and white lettering.
