simultaneous users writing back

When submitting write back at the same time as other users, we encounter errors that are inconsistent with one another, and the app then displays error 'app already open' which we are unable to remove even by clearing cache and restarting the app. only possible work around is to restart vizlib services to allow the writeback to display and work again. any help/suggestions would be great
