Include/Exclude Sheet when create bookmarks in Advanced Text Object Actions

 Since version 1.1.24 of the Advanced Text Object there is an option to create Bookmarks, but there is no option for including or excluding the sheet redirect when creating the bookmark.

Adding this feature will allow the user to apply bookmarks in any sheet without the redirect and just apply the selections,
