Send notification directly to Slack when mention user in Teamwork.

Add functionality to send notifcation directly to Slack, after mention user in comment to stream Teamwork.

Add server or/and extension setting to choose channel of notification from the options: email, Slack or both.

You may find working solutions for mentions via default request library, not even slack lib.
