Full BoxPlot Chart Functionality

The existing boxplot minichart in the table object is a step forward but very limited in functionality, particularly compared to the core Qlik boxplot chart object.
In particular.... 

• the plots/whiskers are not consistently sized (bug)
• it appears different scales are used across multiple rows - these should be consistent so distributions can be compared to each other
• X-axis scales should be visible to meaningfully view the distributions
• the calculations/hover overs cannot be modified

Ideally the Box Plot would be available as a fully functional vizlib chart object rather than just a mini chart
