Forecast Tooltip to match all x-axis formatting

When I have months as my data points displayed as (ex. January 2021, February 2021, March 2021 etc.) my first forecasted datapoint is the last day of the most recent month (ex. if March 2021 is my last actual data point) the first forecast is 3/31/2021. This should show April 2021 since it should be the April 2021 forecast and so on. 

Right now it is simply adding 30 days to each forecast, which can be confusing for the user (see attached).
