Add image in bar chart

I would like to create a race chart with bar chart and use animator extension to show the progress.

Initially I though I can add 2 measures where my first measure is Bar and the second measure is the Image (similar to line chart). However it seems right now it only supports Symbol and Icon. It would be super helpful if you also add Image as a new option.
