Remove initialising Vizlib Writeback branding

We expect all branding messages and logos to be removed when the Non branding is turned on.
The current release v271 of the writeback table still shows Initialising Vizlib Writeback... even after the non branding is turned on.
Please Either remove or Allow this loading messages to be customisable.
