Templates Redesign

Templates model has a new and modern design and better performance.

When building a Mashup using Qlik Grid template.

The master item layers inside a KPI aren't displayed.

- [LIB-9052]: Action to Set Variable Value

When trying to use the "Set Variable" action to set a variable value to '-', the variable value isn't changing.
