Add Pie Chart Styling Options from KPI Designer to VizLib Pie Chart

The pie chart in the KPI Designer has some styling options that the regular VizLib Pie chart does not have.  And the other way around, the VizLib Pie Chart has features that the KPI Designer Pie Chart does not.  It would be nice if the features aligned, or at least if the standard VizLib Pie Chart had all the options in the KPI Designer Pie Chart. 

I'm attaching an image that shows some of the differences that I'm talking about.  The top pie chart is the standard VizLib Pie Chart, and the bottom one is the KPI Designer Pie Chart.  The radial styling on the bottom one is better, but some features are better on the top one, like being able to control the colors and dimension labels.
