Unable to deallocate Self service license

We are not able to deallocate the self-service license from "portal.vizlib.com" after portal GUI is changed. Could you please check on it?

We are not able to deallocate the self-service license from "portal.vizlib.com" after portal GUI is changed. Could you please check on it?
Due to the limitation of the Freenium account it's not possible to remove users.
