Tiles - measure formatting

I'd like to be able to add formatting to the numbers in a tile viztip. See in the viztip below, under the "Contract Class" Section there is a 5000? I've put formatting around that to be Money(sum(undercharges)) but it does not respect any sort of formatting. I'd like to be able to format numbers within the viztip.
