Vizlib Table Scrollbar

This issue occurs when a Vizlib table (v3.17.4) has several columns and rows, requiring both a vertical and horizontal scrollbar. When the horizontal scrollbar is at the right of the table, and the user quickly scrolls down the table (using the wheel on the mouse or by clicking and dragging the vertical scrollbar down), the horizontal scrollbar jumps to the left side of the table instead of staying on the right side.
