Allow consistent formatting of secondary dimensions in bar chart

When the second dimension values vary between each of the first dimensions, bar charts look very uneven.  The vizlib bar chart is assuming that the same values exist for each primary dimension.  This results in each primary dimension bar chart cluster not being centered over the dimension label.

    Hi Tim,

    Thank you for this reply.

    So the Feature Request is to centre the Bar Chart's bars over the text

    So the logic could be said as, the Bar Chart calculates where there is information (in the Bars) and displays this information in the centre of their grid (i.e. what is happening with the text, it appears in the centre of its Grid).

    If you could provide an example application with just the bar chart on, this will help us to further solve your request.

    In the meantime, whilst we wait for your example application, we will talk about this internally.
