Vizlib Table - Formatted Export - Support Non USA export settings

Apparently, The Vizlib Table only supports formatted exports when the data thousand separator is "," and the decimal separator is "."  This is not useful for non USA countries. 

I would like to submit a feature that thousand separtor '.' and decimal seperator ',' in formatted exports.
