Make it easier to organise/search feature requests on your Feature Requests portal

Hi Ciaran,

Thanks for sending us this feature request in order to improve our products, this is to acknowledge that we have correctly received it and sent it to our Product Manager that will review it as soon as possible.

It is up to them to decide if this will be included in the product roadmap or not. Once your request will have been reviewed they will provide you with more information on the next steps.

Please note that feature request tickets might have longer response and processing times than usual incident tickets, so please expect some delays in getting feedback.
