Integrate 'Select All/Possible' option in Filters inside a Toolbar

Vizlib filter has an option to ‘Select Possible/Select All’ while using as an individual filter. However, adding the same field in a Toolbar to use as a filter does not give us these options, is it possible to add ‘Select Possible/All’ feature inside a toolbar?
